Since Q3 2023, the Vertical team has been working hard to reach our goals. Starting small, we’re getting more mature and achieving more and more milestones. Our roadmap gives you a peek of what we accomplished and where we're heading.

• Research into "vertical" AI models and there.

• Market research.

• Start development of the business model and technical platform.

• Establish foundational partnerships with technology providers.

• Begin building the Vertical website.

Q2 2024

• Form strategic partnerships to support the $VERTAI token launch.

• Community-building and create engaging content on social platforms.

• Build the core team and finalize tokenomics and the revenue model.

Q3 2024

• Start development of the Vertical Marketplace MVP.

• Set up servers and infrastructure.

Q4 2024

• Deploy first self-built AI models on the Marketplace.

• Token Launch: $VERTAI token goes live.

• Soft launch the Marketplace with a few models for early feedback and stress testing.

• Dashboard Live: Launch user and creator dashboards.

• Raffle Staking Live: Enable staking for $VERTAI holders with raffles for prizes.

• Continue refining the Marketplace and onboarding innovative AI projects.

• Introduce API access for select models.

• Begin building the Beta version of the No-Code Studio.

Q1 2025

• Refine the Marketplace and expand API access based on feedback.

• Beta Launch of the No-Code Studio: Release Beta with at least 1 workflow for whale-chat members.

• Conduct Beta testing and gather feedback.

• Ramp up marketing and community engagement.

• Release case studies showcasing models built on Vertical.

Q2 2025

• Official Launch of the No-Code Studio: Open to the first 100 creators with 2 workflows for model fine-tuning.

• Strengthen community engagement through forums, events, and AMA sessions.

• Roll out additional tools to support creators and start developing new workflows.

Q3 2025

• Vertical Platform Fully Operable: Focus on scaling user acquisition and supporting creators.

• Launch additional fine-tuning workflows based on user demand.

• Establish strategic partnerships with AI and blockchain leaders.

• Introduce advanced features to enhance security, scalability, and user experience.
