It serves as the central interface where users can customize AI models through a user-friendly, no-code environment. Customizing AI Models

Vertical Studio initially focuses on three widely used methods of AI model customization. Each method offers a different balance of speed, effort and control, so you can pick the approach that best fits your goal.

1. Purchasing Credits at a Discounted Rate

When users purchase platform credits using $VERTAI instead of fiat, they receive a 15% discount at checkout, making token usage a more cost-effective option for active participants. The discount is applied immediately at the time of purchase, offering users a direct incentive to use the token rather than traditional payment methods. The token amount required is calculated based on the real-time USD value of $VERTAI at the time of the transaction. Once purchased, credits maintain their USD-equivalent value within the platform and are consumed as users access services.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Vertical Studio (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the Vertical platform (the “Platform”) including any related services, websites, applications, or associated media channels.

By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

• AI Model Fine-tuning: Users can select AI models to fine-tune based on specific datasets.

• Marketplace: A marketplace where models and datasets are exchanged between developers and end-users.

• Token Economy: Access to paid features, such as enhanced model training, via the VERTAI token.

• Blockchain Integration: Secure blockchain-based transactions for the licensing, trading, and usage of AI models.

4. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to update your account details as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payment and Fees

You are solely responsible for managing your crypto assets and wallet addresses. We are not responsible for any losses due to the misuse of wallet keys or errors in transactions.

11. Token Economy

The Vertical token is an integral part of the Vertical platform, providing access to premium services and incentivising user contributions. By using VERTAI tokens, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

Vertical and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
